Hi, I bought game, installed it on GOG platform, all fine, but when I press PLAY buttom nothing happen, game did not start at all and there is also nothing about any error or something... help needed.

I had the same issue. Have a look at this thread and this post: https://www.gog.com/forum/the_settlers_series/settlers_3_wont_launch_inmmdll_was_not_found/post12
The issue is a DLL missing from the Gog Galaxy install, and the post explains a workaround that worked for me (install the game with the "backup" installer, to have the right DLL, then repair the game to fix any CD key issue).
