Hello I know it's crazy, but I started to play some Settlers 2 in DosBox during my nostalgia mood :)
I wonder about some funny "features" of the game. Have you ever wanted to withdraw from an area to get soldiers out of the unneeded barracks? If there is a warehouse I clicked take out of store all the goods and waited for helpers to carry it out to another warehouses. But what about soldiers and workers in the warehouse?! If you click take out of store to any person he only gets out of door and immeditately gets back. It seems to be impossible to empty the warehouse from people. Great, so I just demolished it and watched the crowds wander around and slowly die. WTH. Including soldiers! So I lost some of the soldiers because they just cannot be moved from the warehouse apparently. Any ideas or experiences?
