Hello,

I downloaded and played the game fine yesterday, but today when I try and load it the screen flickers, and makes it impossible to play. Do I need to change some settings?

recently bought this game, and have the same issues, have you found a way to fix this?

I also have this on my game, very strange

i've got the same problem with screen.

1. Go to NVIDIA Control Panel
2. 3D Settings -> Manage 3D Settings
3. Select Program Settings and find Settler 6
4. In the drop-down choose High Performance NVIDIA processor
5. Apply the changes
6. Play the game

Hi awariel i hope you see this as you answered this years ago

I have a question , since my menu is not english , There is not a singular point on it called in "drop down choose high performance , nvidia processor" . When I go into the control panel in Nvidia, I have the program settings and find settlers 6 I have many many options to change or keep. Is the point in the menu called something specific ?
I hope you or someone else understand my ramblings and can answer me this , maybe screen shot , that way I can find it 1000 % - thank you in advance :D

I don't if this is the exact same problem but I had some simelar problem with "the settlers heritage of kings".
More specifiek it was the UI that was flickering.

I fixed it by indeed changing the setting is in the "nvidia control panel". (thx a lot for the awnsers in this topic, never founded it out on myself :))

For me I had to change to settings:
"antialiasing - gamma correction", switch it to "off"
"vertical sync", switch it to "off"

for me this fixed the problem completly! ;)
