S4, Maya 3. I couldn't make any headway on the Viking camp so I just built a shitload of towers and let them run into me for two hours. Eventually they ran out of men. I just walked in and took everything, Is that cheating? :P

lol :) It now is ... for others to try. :) No, I don't think it's cheating, it's just an interesting strategy.

In the game Spellforce 1 whenever I had no chance to win a fight I would just raise a giant wall of towers. The elven towers preferable since they are very small and take up not much space. So I wouldn't call it cheating. Common practice in RTS ^^
Turtling is indeed a very valid method, as is stalling.

There's a reason why there's a such thing as a 'stall deck' in card games, in that you play a game that forces your opponent to draw cards while you just sit still. Eventually they run out, and you win by default.
