when trying to start settler 4 i get an fatal error: exeption 0xc0000005 at 0x00f0991f! or equal

as far as i know it's an error windows trough when there is an error with some command the application gives the cpu

i have tried everything but nothing preveils


any suggjestion

i'm running windows 7 64 bit win5100

my cpu is an AMD Phenom II x4 960T running on 3.6 ghz

any suggjestion how to get it working

ok for future reference for people trying to get the game working i stumbeled upon the solution

the error generated is coused if the screen got a refresh rate at 120 ( 3d screen) and upone changing main display to a normal 60Hz screen it worked fine
