I can launch the game without problem but when i tries to open a scenario it says: "Direct Draw Error DDERR_Generic ocurred at CSimpleSurface"

Which OS? Windows 10? Are your graphics card drivers updated.

Try this first: run the setup program and try switching between rendering in hardware and software. See if one of them works fine.
