Hi - I have more than enough resource-stones and planks, Have made them top of distribution list, builder is ready to build but stones and planks are not being delivered? Help please

Could you post a screenshot of the area?
Are other materials moving?
Are there any roads cut off?
It's also possible due to roads overload with other resources, you may try to put more flags to reduce it (though priority list should help with this).
