Have you tried disabling V-sync both in game and in the driver settings?

Go to "%USERPROFILE%\Documents\My Games\The Saboteur™\SaveGames\" and look for the file "config.ini". Open it with an editor and change "Vsync 1" to "Vsync 0" to disable V-sync in game. Save it and try running the game.



Have you tried to set the game running in windowed mode?

Go to "%USERPROFILE%\Documents\My Games\The Saboteur™\SaveGames\" and look for the file "config.ini". Open it with an editor and add "Windowed 1" (without quotes) at the end of the file. Save it and try running the game.
