I get this weird barcode-like lighting on my main character as soon as I got into gameplay. What's the deal with this?

I'm getting the same thing.
It also gets worse when you take damage, as it affects the entire screen, blinding you.
This is the only topic I have seen on this issue, so I figure it deserves a bump since nobody has answered it.

I had a similar issue. It has something to do with your cards Anti-Aliasing setting. Try looking up anti aliasing workarounds for saboteur.

Setting AA to aplication controlled in Nvidia Control Panel fixed it for me i think
