When I run the game my inputs from both Mouse or Controller take a second to register. It's mostly playable but makes it feel very sluggish and the shooting sections are a lot harder due to lack of precision. Has anyone else experienced this?

I think you need to to set `VSync 0` in `config.ini` which you can find under Documents\My Games\The Saboteur™\SaveGames
