So for anyone having problems changing resolution. it seems after experimenting that if you go above 60Hz the resolution resets to 800 by 600

known bug.
The games framerate is limited to 60 anyways, so it's fine playing on 60hz.
You can also change resolution by editing config file in Documents>My Games>The Saboteur>SaveGames
Install on windows 10
Video settings in "VideoSetup.exe" 1920x1080
In config.ini 1920x1080
Real resolution when game running: 800x600
How to fix it?

If you are running the game in a language other than English, you may need to modify a different config.ini file. Take a look at this thread, though you may need to translate it first.
Thank you! Yes, when in options English language - resolution settings work, when Russian language - not work. It's because VideoSetup.exe change config in "MyGames" folder, but don't change config in localized folder "Мои игры"

Wow, that sounds like a bug that GOG support should be able to fix with a patch, and probably affects lots of people that don't use the English language...

It would probably help to report it to GOG support.

Ya so I am in the english setting and the game is still not changing for me. Does it just not like AMD. I swear I love all these old games. But I keep getting burned time and time again from GOG. I even tried to set the INI myself. But found that did not work. And it was mostly setup right in the first place.

If that's true, then why does the config utility list 60, 85, 100, 120, and 144Hz as options in the menu?
