So this game runs smooth and starts fine to a point. Then out of nowhere textures stop loading mostly when driving. I mean like the road stops loading and I can see through the map buildings do all sorts of weird clipping and snap texture loading. Then the game freezes, the textures load, drive another 100 or so feet and the whole thing starts again. My specs are obviously well above the minimum requirements for this older game. It's just a major bummer because this pretty much breaks the game. I was really looking forward to taking a walk down memory lane. I bought it on here because i heard this is the most stable build.

I have the same problem + problem also starts when somebody shooting at me.
I have Nvidia RTX 2060 and I found some tip about downgrade graphics drivers, but I also play another games and I do not want downgrade.

I also had problem ...
Game not start .... "The Saboteur is unable to continue due to an error initializing your graphics hardware."
So after I added "Windowed 1" parameter to ini file the game starts.

I like this game so I do not want refund but repair it or workaround.

I found solution.
In video settings I can set RefreshRate only 144 Hz
But if I set Windowed mode and RefreshRate 60 in config.ini ... all works good
