Hello.

I have been interested in playing this game for a while but can I also play this game with a controller like an Xbox 360 controller or do I have to play it with a mouse and a keyboard?

Yes, you can. There is full controller support (both XInput and DirectInput) for this game. Also, if you're going to use an Xbox controller, check out this fix. ;)

There's no right or wrong, it all comes to personal preference; personally i prefer KB+M as i find gamepads very slow and imprecise for this type of games, but your mileage may vary; better try both and see for yourself. ;)

Thanks I just started off with a controller, since the game was launched on consoles first. If there is any precise aiming required though, I might shift to KBM which you can apparently do without changing the settings.

Interesting they have a nudity option in the settings, with the game starting off with a topless lady in a cabaret filled with Nazis. Nice realistic atmosphere and music right from the get go.

I played this game across 4 OSes (XP PRO SP3 32bit, 7Utlimate SP1 64 bit, 8.1 64bit and 10 Home 64bit). Game runs fine with controllers as Xbox 360 support is built into the engine (Unreal Engine 3). On XP and 7 and 8.1 I was using some no name PS2 controllers with X360CE Emulator. It did the trick. On Win 10 I am using original X360 controller and it worked from the get go, so yeah, game detects and allows you to play with a controller. Bugs were mentioned by others and so were mentioned fixes. If in doubt look up the game on PC Gaming Wiki.
