Is gog aware of the bug, when you "create" a yellow zone near a street that the game spawns endless the Sturmwagen in the direction you're looking?

In the past I played the game originally with a UK retail copy (on this very same PC, only the graphics card was upgraded once) and this bug never occured to me (also had the 1.03beta patch installed).
It's just a minor bug but one that is seriously annoying. The cars come, the drivers get out and they remain only if you're very close, else the cars remain w/o driver, just blocking the streets.
Did anyone else encounter this bug?
