Does anyone know how to fix this? I've installed SKIM to run it at 144hz. I've tried Vsync on/off in both the game and Nvidia control panel but the tearing still exists.

It's giving me a headache. Very unplayable.

does your monitor have G-sync?
if it does, I think you have to disable vsync on both, game and nvidia control panel.

and if it don't have it, try to enable triple buffering in Nvidia control panel and enabling the Vsync only for the game

I ended up fixing it by running it in borderless windowed. Gsync seems to work then. Totally forgot i posted this. Oops.
