Hi guys.

I completed Garbadge Mines and were told to visit some old woman that was locked somewhere. I did, and I met a spectre from whom I received an eye which is supposed to make all spectres that follow children - follow me.
However I managed to convince only one spectre to do so. The rest of them won't follow me, possibly because I need to perform some quests for those children.
One girl lost her teddy bear, and some other child needs changing its diaper. But speaking to parents about those topics don't give ANY hints. That's a little bit ridiculous. Where the hell can I find this blasted teddy or diaper? :(

Also, I cannot solve the plot with a letter that was left by that woman taking a wedding (in a dream world). I searched all of those rocks in London, in the area north of the wedding altar, I also tried digging with a shovel (I typed 'dig' while holding one), but I did not find anything.
Well, I found some paper once, can't remember where (it's possible that it was in one of those rocks), but it was before I started the plot and my character said that he "Cannot force himself to read it". Since then, this piece of paper is nowhere to be found. A bug?

I followed the Jester's plot and the last letter from him tells me to search the north-western tree "if I'm not smart". The tree is empty. Hell all of the trees in London are empty. Where do I find that mysterious device?
Also, what's the WWF belt for? What advantages does wearing it give?

So, you got eye, ok. Basically, tl get shades to follow you, you need to break their connection to childs, in other words, to solve their problems.
For teddy bear you need to search in well, For that you need rope and bucket, buckets can be found in house (many), rope you need to get in real world, in Castle. I make only hint - talk to folks in castle.
You also dont need to change diaper. You just need to help that rapper husband. Talk with him and fillfull that he want.
