I was just curious and saw that you can accsess the Save Games on Android.
Are they compatible with the Windows Version?
Before i start a new Character here, maybe i can proceed with that one and also send the File back and forth :)

Yes, they are compatible. (You'll have to have exactly the same expansions enabled on both devices otherwise the sharing won't work.)
