Shift key is not pressed, nor any other. But when I hit tab it opens the Galaxy overaly (shift+tab). Have anyone else expereienced this and have a solution? Running latest 1.001 version of planet crafter.

Running the pre 1.0 version, but also experience this problem. no solution or workaround except for shutting down galaxy ...

There's two ways to fix this.
1 - Rebind the inventory key. Then you can keep using the overlay too.
2 - Disable the overlay in GOG Galaxy overal settings.

Already rebinded the inventory key to E, this was unused. But takes time to getting used to though. The problem may perhaps affect other programs, depending on the cause of the problem is PC, Glaaxy and/or both.

Bur rebinding the inventory key is at least a quick fix, but if I hit tab it may open Galaxy overlay, so perhaps disable it as well.
