Can't collect resources in shallow water.
On ground, no problem.
Under water, no problem.
But if the resource is underwater, and it's not deep enough that I can submerge myself, there's no way to beam it with the tool from above the water level.

Stuck resources.
Found a few resources that are stuck in rock walls.
There's a cobalt between the lake and iridium cave that keeps coming back after it's collected.
In the iridium cave I found another cobalt I was able to beam, but it was still there. So I beamed it from another angle. And I jumped and beamed it from above. And beamed it a few more times. It was still there but eventually I ran out of positions that allow me to highlight it.

Can't deconstruct living compartment door.
If you you build a living compartment door you can't deconstruct it without deconstructing the attached living compartment.
If you are inside and build another room on the side the door is on you don't get the materials back. You are now in a space with 2 joined living compartments and no door out. If you didn't plan for this you might not have the means to build one.

Can't deconstruct objects in another room.
Try this out. Build a 3x3 set of rooms. Using 8 lockers block off the doorways into the middle room. Position them so they are right against where the rooms meet. Because of this bug you cannot deconstruct the lockers unless you are in the room with them. The game treats this like you are trying to deconstruct the living compartment which has the lockers in it. The position of the lockers keeps you from entering the room. I challenge you find a way to deconstruct a locker.

Larva prevents placement of structures?
I was trying to place a nuclear reactor but couldn't. I noticed an uncommon larva near where I wanted to place it. After collecting the larva I was able to place the reactor.

Meteor Field Rocks...
Where the ground is still sand at the furthest east there is a rock you can go behind but the back side is untextured.
In this area it's easy to cllp into rocks by jumping from under them.
If you climb on top of the rocks the surface you walk on doesn't match the shape of the rock.
Another way to get stuck.

Build a room.
Build a door into the room.
Build a room on top of the first room.
Build a ladder.
Fill your inventory with one type of material.
Climb the ladder.
Deconstruct the ladder.
You need 2 types of materials to build a ladder and because your inventory was full you didn't get them from deconstructing. Also they aren't in the room with you.
I think what's going on with the shallow water is when you look down on it the game thinks you want to drink from it, even if you don't have the water filter or your hydration is already full. This supersedes collecting the resource.

Along with deconstructing lockers I think these demonstrate a need for better detection of what the cursor is pointed at. Currently the behavior is to give priority to large things over the things that could be within them.

Maybe. It should be the other way around, when pointing to two objects, the smaller one becomes active.
