It should be, no reason not to release the DLC when the Epic bribe embargo lifts on 23rd.
well, the epic embargo iwas most probably for the base game, Epic could have made a new deal for the DLC exclusivity though they didn't with Control.
Considering the DLC is not mentioned on either GOG or steam I am not holding my breath for it to be released today, too. I mean, if they want to release the DLC why don't they mention it in the new store pages ?
Though if they forgot to put it on the store pages it would really add nicely to the incompetence shown by their publisher in handling the Outer Worlds release (starting of course with the Epic exclusivity).

tbh it wouldn't make sense if they made DLCs exclusive for a year, 6 months or whatever, why cuck the sales that way?

it'd probably be some sort of deluxe edition that includes a season pass (all DLCs present and future) or DLCs would be sold seperately as they're released
You got lucky, Steam has the DLC already for sale, it's the Soundtrack for 9 bucks....enjoy guys
someone dug up a steam page for the expansion pass, full price 25$

For some reason i had to add the one DLC available to my basket then click on it to get to its store page which then has the link on it for the expansion pass, here is the link:

https://www.gog.com/game/the_outer_worlds_expansion_pass
Yeppers. I didn't notice the expansion pass until after I bought the first DLC: https://imgur.com/a/lQJWgaR. It's just below the screenshots.

Here is the DLC by itself, further down the page: https://imgur.com/a/xXDppH0

Edit: I was having some technical difficulties.
