So, I unintentionally accepted a 'drug addiction' flaw. Didn't realise until it had already happened to be honest - was distracted and clicked 'yes' and realised two hours later that my stats were up the wazoo. I was hoping to remove a perk point and a flaw (so essentially 'undo') which I do believe I can do.. but the 'Outer Worlds Console Unlocker' crashes the GOG copy.

Anybody have any idea how I might sneak into console on the GOG copy?
