I gave up and uninstalled it in late 2020, I think after getting another buggy scenario (TBH I cannot recall), but I recently wondered if anyone was still patching it. I must've been on patch 5 at the time.
I see that the Patch log (url below) is there but populated by #Ref errors which got me to thinking that it's probably been abandoned - am I correct or not?
I really liked the idea of this game but it's always seemed a wee bit broken to the point of frustration (I did report at least one bug myself judging by my records) and I'm loathed to try again without some hint of support.
