How does this game get a 3.5 star rating when the few users that have posted reviews comes to not even 1.5 stars?

That's because you can rate without publishing a review.

But in fact, considering the screenshots and the intro video, the true question is "How does this game get a rating as high as 3.5 ?"...

I would say this game is type of "it is so bad that it is actually good because it is funny".
