I get something that is not a musical note but the guy in the tower still gives me the same hint that lead me there.

What gives?

OK, checked a walkthrough and got where I should be, that nexw object lifted the curse but the prophet's prophecy is still the same...

OK, finished the whole quest for the musical note and the prophecy is still the same.

To keep in mind: I previously brought two notes at once.

OK, killed the demon and I still get the same prophecy... I'm stuck...

OK, found the issue:

I hadn't actually done the quest relative to that hint, the screen it starts on is also related to ANOTHER quest.

To anyone stuck there, either give something in the past to your friends or plant something then wait.
