Why no extras? The manual and the soundtrack (especially the latter) would have been greatly appreciated. I'm not sure but I seem to remember that one of the iterations of "The Manhole" actually came with a sountrack CD (or that the game CD was playable on audio CD equipment to play the soundtrack).

GOG usually post everything they have rights to distribute, my guess, only the game is allowed to be distributed under their agreement. They are probably working on getting all the content . . . =^ )
