I made it to the end and want to do another playthrough - how do I restart the game?

It is likely you have already restarted but you are correct that more waiting is ahead. The option to restart will eventually pop up, accompanied by the suggestion that the game was intended as a one-time experience. From there, it will asked if you like to restart. I just finished myself but I was satisfied with my choices and decided not to try again. However, I do not know what you need to press in order to restart again but likely just clicking on the 'Reset' word.

Just wait for ~10 minutes at the "end of game" screen. The text will fade away slowly andyou'll be able to start a new game.
