Guter: Is this recommendable for everyone, or just the guys affected by the "wrong decisions recorded" bug?
All the Steamites have been force fed that patch. It's safe to assume it isn't harmful... :)

Now that patch is out I can say that Chapter 3 has serious optimization problems. Graphic equal to chapter 2, the game in the second is fine, in the third it stutters just rotating the camera.

The patch won't download for me properly. Every time I try to download it I only get the patch for 2.6.1.9.

Don't worry, that is correct. GOG has a confusing way of labelling their version numbers, which might differ significantly from the developer's.

The latest uploaded version of Chapters is patched with that patch, definitely.
