I'm seeing no download links for a patching solution. Do I have to redownload the entire game? If so, will the installation process thereof somehow copy my decisions from previous chapters from Book 3 .exe? Because no way in hell am I replaying that travesty of a game. Just want to get to the end. I want it to be over.

Yes you have re-download as the makers of the game upgraded the Unity engine that runs the game to a newer version.

RTG has ported the complete game from Unity 4 to Unity 5. That means that basically every file was changed. You definitely need to redownload the entire game (installer at 7.5 GB much preferred to the 18 GB Galaxy download).

You DON'T have to replay the game of course!!

Just uninstall the old build while keeping your saves, then install the new one.
