There used to be a program to extract and view image files from the games; backgrounds, animation, sprites etc.

Is there ANY way to extract these image files using windows 10. The programs site is long since gone and I currently have the GOG version on my laptop.

Or does anyone happen to have the image files from that original game tucked away somewhere?

The link to TLJ-View don't works anymore. But the others are helpful too, like "The Longest Journey Toolset" to extract and convert XARC archives. There are tools for Dreamfall too, still online.

A quick google and I found another site with a working download for the "TLJ-View" tool:

Scroll down, nearly at the end of the list you find "The Longest Journey" -> tlj.zip. The file includes TLJ-View and the files from the toolset too.
