Got the quest from Queenie to find Hanna, but I need to find Nela Bites to ask about Hanna. Nela is not at her cart , she's gone to restock (at the Collective?) but map doesn't show Collective as a location. I believe I've covered every location at least twice but I can't locate her. So where do I find her?

Note: be careful, I went down an alley on the left side of the art gallery building, unexpected went through the wall and ended up in a weird half rendered version of the city streets. when I returned back through the wall I had lost goals to find Hanna and nela and was about to have to go talk to Queenie again to get them back. I restarted from a previous save and got back to where I need help, as above.

Search more carefully behind the cart.

Yes, I had found the receipt, which is why I was looking for the Collective. What I failed to do was click on it to see it in close up and then turn to see the address. I'm sure I went by the closed metro station location a dozen times without seeing the green sign of the Collective. I really, REALLY must pay more attention to my surroundings.

Thanks to both posters for their responses. Yes, I did and had found the receipt. I just didn't know what to do with it. Thanks for the hint though.
