I am wondering how can one get this code you apparently need to connect/link your game to gog galaxy so i don't have to lurk for update manually? Also if i bought a season pass for Dreamfall i will be able to dl the book 3 right, I bought that season pass before book 3 came out?

I'm having the same question. I've had the season pass since it was up for pre-order and it's not connected to GOG galaxy.
