This game is one of the best games I have ever played, regardless of genre.
The first time I played this, I was about 16 years old.
It was first released in my country of Norway and with a Norwegian cast.
It felt awkward playing a game where the story takes place outside of Norway and has multiple characters from different corners of the Earth but somehow, everybody spoke Norwegian.
But it still worked for me because the voice cast was very good and the story was amazing.
And the most surprising part for me was that such a fantastic game was developed by a Norwegian company!
OK, so I'll shut up about Norway now. :)
A few years ago, I found this game in the store as a DVD version with both English and Norwegian versions. (Last time I mention Norway. Promise!)
I bought it and decided to play the English version.
The experience made me love this game even more.
It felt so good hearing the characters speak a language that matched the characters' personalities and surroundings.
The voice cast is incredible, and the story is really well fleshed out.
It's safe to say that you will experience many different emotions whilst playing.
FunCom has made this a gem of a game and even if you don't like adventure games in general, give this one a try.
The story, characters and surroundings make this game an exclusive experience and I urge everyone who loves a great story and great character development to give this a try.
This is the only game I would give a 10/10.
I promise you will love this game.
