ilves: my main issue with dreamfall were the combat sequences and the stupid timed sneak sections... too many of those were you had to move unseen. They aren't challenging, just time consuming and annoying. TLJ had some puzzles where you had to divert guards, but no actual sneaking around trying to avoid them.
Yeah, that's about the only flaws that I didn't like with Dreamfall, but still, the story is sound and pretty darn diddely good.
I played through The longest Journey and went strait on to Dreamfall. It just make that much of a difference. Seeing the old places again in 3D, the music, the story...
Man! I think I have to go play Dreamfall again. I hope Dreamfall comes on GoG soon, simply because it's something everyone should at least try. Despite its flaws it's one dam diddely good game.
