I'm playing DFC version 5.3.1, in the therapist's office in Book 1 Chapter 2, and it seems that at some point, the dialogue was changed from an earlier patch but the animations and subtitles were not. (I deduced this by watching different YouTube videos of the same segment uploaded at different dates.) For instance, early in the conversation in the current version, Zoe says, "I know," then sits there for an awkward moment while her disembodied voice continues. In some earlier version, she says, "I know," and then Zelenka responds.
 
Is this a known issue? Is there anything I can do to fix it on my end, some file I can replace? It's probably bugging me more than it should, but it's still really bugging me.

I only have access to the GOG version of the game, and haven’t heard from anyone with Steam or other, so it’s possible this is a GOG-only bug.
