Is there a user manula that exaplins what all those icons mean and explains all the possible shortcuts?
BTW, I'm stuck already for more than an hour at only the second puzzle ("dark dream"). It is probably trivial to solve, but I'm not even sure what the different icons in the interaction menu mean. And thus I don't know whether it's an "action" puzzle like the first one, or do I have to make the right order of clicks, etc.

Yes, it is the trivial puzzle and it is not an "action" one, it's about right order.
And yes, I was confused with all these icons too and stuck with this puzzle.
Don't want to destroy fun so the little hint only: you mentioned already "dark dream" - so you need light.
