The Game Card lists the following:

"Compatibility notice: The game may require installing an earlier (below 190.xx) driver version on NVidia graphics cards. "

This is probably outdated and might be a candidate for removal. I was playing the game on the 285 WHQL driver, and currently on the latest 295 beta driver, and I haven't had any issues with it.

Which 295? I used and I tried the game. It works, but the rendered characters are flickering, the whole model and texture. :S
