Yup, that's Thursday this week! Hopefully that also applies to the GOG version. ;)

Here's the first trailer, two are supposed to follow tomorrow and the day after...

Historically it's released on gog a couple days after Steam, which puts it on the weekend, in Europe when nobody works, so.... Monday?

No, that's not true. No need making up legends when we have the cold truth at hand. ;)

Book 1 was released on GOG October 22nd, one day after the Steam release (which ran very late into the CET night as well).

Book 2 was released on GOG March 12th, one hour after the Steam release.

The PATCHES, however... you're very right about the PATCHES. ;)

So how do I get book 3 on GOG? I already played books 1 and 2.

That depends. It's probably at least another nine hours before Book 3 hits. As soon as it happens, GOG will announce it with a respective thread, but you'll also get a notification in your feed that the game has been updated (well, at least if GOG doesn't forget it this time).

There are two possible situations as soon as that happens:

(a) the episode is delivered as an executable episode 'patch'. That would be ideal.

(b) there's just too much new data in the new build, so GOG uploads the entire new files. That will force you to download the entire game again, deinstall your old build and install your new one. Which would be rather tedious.

For Book 4 (say, September, wink wink) , it's VERY likely that it will be option (b), as RTG intends to update to Unity 5.

But then my choices I made in the game won't be saved.

What do you mean - yes of course they will!

Just don't delete your saves when you install anew.

If there are any problems, try to load your last save after reinstalling (instead of just clicking 'continue'). That's what made the transition working out smoothly when Book 2 released...

According to RTG, GOG has received the final build of episode 3 in the meantime.

It's up to our Polish friends now. :)
