I'm at the end game, but after the first phase of the Ishmelga Rean fight and it's time to start the second, the game crashes.

Has anyone else had this issue, and if so, figure out a fix?

Don't have the game yet so I can't help you but if you have crashes you should contact PH3 Games and report your issue. They are the ones responsible for the PC port. Their e-mail is at the bottom of the page.
