Anyone else having issues downloading this title?

For me, it just gets stuck on "Getting File List" for a few minutes, then finally quits with a "Download Failed" message. Other titles appear to download ok.

I suppose you're talking about downloads made using Galaxy. Those can sometimes be unstable. Whenever possible try downloading the game installers directly through the browser and installing them without Galaxy.
After than you can later use Galaxy to recognize and incorporate the games if you so wish.
