I love this game, and of course I bought it. But why isn't the soundtrack included? The dotemu version has this.

Read the GOG announcement on the frontpage carefully:

"Since lots of our users just couldn't wait until The Last Express appears in GOG's catalogue, we're releasing the game with some goodies today and we're going to add more cool extras very soon. Climb aboard!"

As you could read in the news post announcing the release, we did state we're releasing the game today with some additional materials as many users were asking about it (and we actually signed the agreement to release it) while we'll add more extras soon -> read here, the last paragraph

I'm still undecided whether to buy it from DotEmu or GOG and the vagueness of GOG's promise is the main reason for that ...

We haven't forgotten about it and I can say that the soundtrack will be soon included in the pack :) There will also be some other goodies for other GOG games available, as our product team is finishing to gather all the extra stuff for that package. We'll announce it in the frontpage news soon.

Just as an addition here, in case newer readers are wondering, the Soundtrack is definitely now included (and IS amazing, I might add) as is the Making of video, wallpapers etc.

An awesome deal, and especially as I just picked it up for $2.39 in the Battle of the Games competition, even better.

I got the soundtrack when I bought it on GOG. I thoroughly enjoy it!
