How do I play in a MAC? Its possible?

You can, i'm playing the first TIM within DosBox. Not sure about the others but you could try wine if they need something "newer" than DOS.

UPDATE
In case you might be playing this in DosBox and also have the mouse/sound stuttering issues. I fixed this by setting the following DosBox settings
priority=normal,lower
frameskip=1
cycles=fixed 15000
You could try playing around with the cycles if the result isn't as "perfect" as i had it as the results depend on your CPU. Have fun tho
