If turning left or right doesn't work using your keyboard or Joystick/Gamepad, use a frame rate limiter tool like RTSS to cap the FPS of TheIOfTheDragon.exe to 60. The game behaves erratically above exactly 60 FPS.

Update: The hotfix has implemented an internal FPS cap of 100 FPS and keyboard/joystick/gamepad controls work without RTSS
