Anyone figure out how to turn on photo mode?

In the game, press Esc and then select photo mode.

I'd also like to understand this mode for the photo. Moreover, I often have to deal with various photos and images. Therefore, stock content has become essential for me. I needed hr images and I was able to find them quickly. It is very convenient to have so many images in one place and saves a lot of time.
