Yep, you read it right, The Guild 3 have been announced.
Dev comment on The Guild Steam forums:
"Hello,
We just recently announced The Guild 3 developed by Golem Labs and Nordic Games. The game will be developed using the Vigil Game Technology used in Darksiders and Darksiders II.
