Hello everyone,
I won the rights to the mine "Water Leakage" and found myself confused and lost. The most serious problem has been that, despite having the raw materials to smelt and create bars of gold/refined precious stones etc., I can only ever assign one worker to do so. If I carry any more worker icons over to the product symbol, it goes to 0, then the worker already working starts again and it goes back to 1.
What's more, most of the workers just stand around, unassigned.
I don't want to leave this mine to a master, since masters don't run businesses as well as I would like.
What am I doing wrong?
Thank you for all assistance.

I've had a similar problem when running the quarry. The only thing I can think to do is to get them working on something else until I try it again at a later turn.

Unfortunately, The Guild is not without its more-than-fair share of bugs, and this is one of them. I've also encountered it once a while ago, and I don't remember being able to fix it. Like Athenvance suggested, the best you can do is giving them some other occupation for a while.
