How do you hold a seance I have a free grave because I own a grave yard and have had two generations die so far while owning it. I go into the crypt and click on the seance thing and nothing comes up. How do you do it and what does it actually do?

Also there are a bunch of what looks like "upgraded graves" that are more expensive than the dirt piles but they are all grayed out. How do you buy and sell those?

For the upgraded graves, you can add them through the "Extend" Option on your grave yard (and upgraded) building menu. Either go to the main part of the indoor view (where the menu on the right says "options" instead of "improve", or find the building in the city view, and use the "options->extend" from there.

Unfortunately, no idea about the seances :(

Seances are easy, once you get your graveyard fully upgraded, you'll get a tomb you can go inside of. If you have enough upgrades for the tomb, you just click on the circle on the floor and use some APs (you also need a dead family member buried in that graveyard) and you'll have a chance of a dead relative paying you a visit. Depending on the mood of the A.I. and how you hold your tongue you might get some cash, some dirt on a competitor or a few other things (depends on what you ask for).

All in all, it's not really worth it IMHO. Although if you ask for cash (pact with the devil I think) you do get a large chunk of change, but you have to pay it back pretty quickly.
