Hi, i read everywhere that you can poison the well, but was unable to find out how. Can anyone enlighten me?

I play v4.17+Legacy, going to the well doesnt enable new actions, and i didnt find any Poisonous item to use on the well somehow.

Also, how do you apply for the imperial offices? The politics tab only shows the local ones (and the other towns').

You have to play as an Alchemist and you must have a level 2 building to get the option.

Imperial offices require you hold the rank of "Nobleman" or higher.
