Hi,

I just bought the game, and I understand there are a couple of things I need to do to get a smooth play experience.

1) Install a hotfix (I downloaded it--correct me if it isn't needed).

2) Install a mod pack. The ones I've seen mentioned are:

- Megamodpack

- Legacy

I haven't seen any discussion of the differences or recommendations. What I'm looking for is a smooth play experience, both in regards to absence of bugs, and correction of design flaws that impair normal game enjoyment. As far as other additions to the game, since I've never played it before, I don't care one way or another. I like game enhancing mods, but if it is more trouble than it's worth, I don't need to have it.

With that goal, what should I be doing?
