I hired a woman to work in my tavern. She has good traits(like 3 points in Handicraft), so I would like to marry her. However, when I click "Court Someone", I can't click on her. The button is greyed out when I point it on her. Is it because she's my employee?
I would also like to ask, is it good to marry someone who has well trained skills, like the woman I mentioned? Will it help to increase my skills, or the skills of our children?
Thank you for your help.

Haven't played Guild 2 yet, but are you sure she is single? I think that is a requirement before being allowed to court someone.
Yes, you can't court employees. Not from you nor the other dinasties.

And yes, better stats of the parents result in better stats of your children.
Thanks SilensPoetae. This is what I wanted to know.

@JMich: Yes, she is single.
@DeMignon: You're welcome :-)

I have tried to court some characters. I like the tooltip that the game shows me when I point the cursor on a character: Wrong gender :-D Just made me laugh :-D
