Is there any way to make the AI not grab free building spots the moment you raze anything whatsoever? I've tried to build a showmen's camp, thieves' guild and goldsmith after razing other buildings to make space and out of those, only the first got built. The spot was free when I tried to place the buildings, and I even paid for them, but when the buildings were up and finished, they were someone else's.

Ownership of the property for even half a minute before anyone else could plop their building down would be really nice. Especially since by the time I can actually see that those buildings being built aren't actually mine, I've already saved several times.
